About Jai
My name is Jai, I am StriveAbility’s support coordinator.
Prior to my rise to coordination, I worked as a support worker for 2 years within StriveAbility, with participant's living with a variety of diagnoses such as complex mental health disorders, intellectual and physical disabilities, ranging from children to mature aged.
One of my proudest accomplishments was completing a Bachelor of Social Science in Psychology at UniSC. The knowledge and skills I have gained within my degree and support work experience have transferred across into support coordination. People who know me often consider me as someone who is thoughtful, kind and patient, which I share amongst work peers and participants.
I do have hobbies outside work, most notably sport orientated hobby as I play AFL for a local football club.
I currently have capacity to support new participants with NDIA managed support coordination so please feel free to contact me if you think I might be the right fit.
